We offer a range of counseling and psychotherapy services designed to meet the unique needs of each client. Our services include individual psychotherapy, couples counseling, family support, and group therapy.
In addition, we provide specialized care for individuals experiencing trauma, intimate partner violence, domestic violence, grief and loss, and relationship challenges. We also offer services
for individuals seeking support in addressing harmful behaviors and working toward accountability, growth, and healthier relationships.
Our approach is compassionate, trauma-informed, and tailored to support healing, safety, and lasting well-being.
The initial assessment is an opportunity for us to get to know you and better understand your needs. During this session, we gather important information such as background and demographic details, your reasons for seeking services, and relevant personal, family, and mental health history. This helps us develop a thoughtful and individualized plan for care. Initial assessment sessions are available both in person and via telehealth.
If you decide that The Pauling Institute, Inc. is the right fit for your healing journey, we offer ongoing therapy sessions designed to provide continued support, insight, and growth. Our holistic approach focuses on helping you navigate life’s challenges while supporting emotional, relational, and overall well-being. Ongoing sessions are available both in person and via telehealth.
If you have questions about session length, frequency, or developing a treatment plan that fits both your therapeutic and financial needs, we welcome you to contact our office. Our team is happy to help guide you through the process.

If you have questions about payment, insurance, or sliding scale options (if offered), please reach out to our office so we can discuss how best to support you.
